I want to create/define a new KindOf type used in the ENGINEERING Parameters of units and buildings.
My goal is to use the new type(s) to make specialieced cost reductions.
I.E.: I want to create several upgrades, which reduce/increase costs of units of the new KindOf type.

And if I define the Minigunner as Kindof CHINA1, the cost will be increased acordingly.
The reason for this is, that I want to "combine" all the generals in one proper faction, but with given Upgrades at the start with the selection of one general.
In the end, if a Tank General steals the infantry generals tech, he can build both of it, without the need to rebuild the entire tech. So far I could make it all work, except the cost increase/decrease of the generals. If I can define this new kind of, I can make it work finaly.
