The goal of this map was to create a real urban environment with a non-symmetrical geography.
The map represents a virtual place in China at the seaside, it's a big city divided by a river with a desert on north-east and mountains on the west. On the left bank there is the rich city with its skyscrapers while on the right bank there is the mill town and the industrial area. In the mountains on the east there is a isolated village. In the eastern desert you will find a part of an oil field. There is also an international airport near the sea on the south.
The two parts of the city are linked by two road bridges and one railway bridge. A train runs across the map and connects two parts of the city and the oil field, it can only carry infantry. You will find in the industrial area a building reducing the costs of vehicles, within the port area a vehicles repair bay, in a city an hospital, and in the military base near the airport a reinforcement pad. The airport and the port each include a supply dock. Each base has also its supply dock.
The original scenario was an US / Chinese intervention from the large base in the south-west to stop the progression of GLA (northern base). The map was designed in that way, but everything is possible, enjoy!
